M&M Tex brings you a convenient 10 days policy of return. If the piece is exclusively tailor-made as per your given measurements then it is not eligible for return.
If in any case you are confused or a product you returned is not fitting well according to your needs then M&M Tex tem will issue a store credit note to you.
For the initiation of the return policy please follow the given steps:-
- Login to mandmtex.com with your registered account or email us at info.mandmtex.com within 10 days of purchase to schedule a pickup of your purchased product.
- Mention the order number and the product you wish to return back to us
- Once our team receives your order request we shall begin the process of pickup from the provided shipping address given at the time of your order
- Hand over your product to our logistics partner when they arrive at your place.
- You must note that the product you are returning should be unused and all tags intact along with the original packing. If in any case we find it otherwise then we shall not process the refund of the return.
- Return requests usually takes 3-4 days to pickup the return product
- To mention, the returned product takes 7-10 days to reach us and after that it goes through a thorough quality check.
- After passing the quality check only we issue a credit note in your account which can be used for any forthcoming purchases
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, a INR 100 shipping charge will be levied as COD.
